208 Utah is responsible for maintaining a clean environment for all tenants per your Lease terms. This includes restocking of restrooms and common areas during business hours. Tenants are responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of their suites. Janitorial services may be contracted through the Building Management Office with an additional administration fee of 20%, or as specified in your lease.
